Do I need an appointment to place my order?

Only large wedding cake orders require an appointment. For all other orders you may call, message, email, or stop in at any time during normal business hours to pace your order. Please allow a minimum of seven days notice for all orders.

Do you offer sugar-free, dairy free, gluten-free or vegan options?

Yes we do! We do them to order. Please contact us with what you might be craving!

Do you carry options for those who didn’t give a week’s notice?

Yes. Aside from our large inventory of cupcakes, we try to always have our Signature Cakes available for those last-minute orders (less than one week). Our Signature Cakes are 8 inch, single layer, filled cakes or 8” doubles. They come in all kinds of flavors! These cakes are $35 each, serve 8-10 and can be customized.

We also carry a variety of pre-decorated 8 inch cakes in our case, ready-to-go for walk-in purchase. These cakes are available on a first-come, first-serve basis and cannot be reserved. Flavors vary daily. Writing can be added at time of purchase.

I’m thinking about Cake Lady cake for my wedding. Where do I start?

You are always welcome to call, email or stop in with any questions. The cupcakes we offer are made from the same batters, fillings and frostings as your wedding cake would be, so they are the best way to sample flavor combinations. Once you have decided to use us for your wedding, we will set you up with a consultation. Consultations are offered Tuesdays thru Thursdays from 9am-4:30pm. Because Fridays and Saturdays are our busiest days we cannot schedule any appointments. At your consultation the cake lady will sit down and discuss all the details of your order including size, price, design, etc. Come prepared with pictures of cakes you make like and color samples (takes a lot of the guess work out)
